Search for your sports venue via location, address, city or region and discover all the major sports venues and facilities. You can filter by sports, distance, time preference, price, amenities, etc and select your desired booking venue. Select your preferred sports venue and slot and proceed for payment. You can either book your sports venue with full payment or you can block now and pay later at the venue with our reservation option. Make your payment and start playing!

Yes you can go to Raise a request section under profile section and raise request of modification against your booking. You can also cancel it and Rebook (please refer to cancellation policy of venue for more information).

Every time you add a slot in the cart, it will be saved there for 15 mins from the time you add it. We request you always keep the timer in mind and book your slot before the time runs up. Once the time is up and 15 mins are over, your saved slot will be removed from the cart.

Booking cancellation is based on cancellation and refund rules which is venue specific. Please refer venue terms and condition to check cancellation rules. If your booking falls under any cancellation rules, you can cancel it via Cancellation CTA given in booking confirmation page OR you can go to My booking section -> Click on need help and go to cancel my booking section. You can also raise cancellation request from Raise a request section under profile section.

Go on 'Your Bookings' in the Account section and click on the 'Call Us' option. Simply speak to our customer care team over a call and request for your cancellation.

Forget the hassle of paying the entire amount before booking and collecting it manually from your friends. Through our newly launched Split Payment feature, you can simply pay for yourself, share the payment link with your friends, reserve and book your favourite venues.

After you’ve selected the date & slot, move to the next page. On this page, simply switch on the toggle for Split Payment and select the number of players amongst which the total amount will be split. You can either pay only for yourself or for your friends and continue to the next page, that is the Review Page. As per your selection, pay the amount and reserve your venue. Lastly, don’t forget to share the payment link with your friends after you've completed your own payment. Once we receive the confirmation amount, your venue booking will be confirmed.

You should see the option for ‘share payment link’ after you've done your own payment. You can also select to share it via Whatsapp or through other mediums.

Currently, this feature is active only for select venues in certain cities.

You can split between minimum of 2 players. Although, this also depends on venue to venue. For example, for a ground or a turf that’s 6 v 6, you can split the amount amongst a maximum of 12 players. For a ground or a turf that’s 9 v 9, you can split the amount amongst a maximum of 18 players.

If you exceed the deadline for the confirmation amount, your venue reservation will be cancelled.

Please check your reservation email and also your booking page to check the exact date and time for the confirmation amount deadline.

Yes. You can pay for yourself and any of your friends if you wish to.

Khelomore shall be entitled to modify Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by Khelomore in relation to any Khelomore Services, at any time, by posting the same on Khelomore website and application.
